Absolutely! Our candle jars are designed for sustainability. Once your candle has burned down, you can repurpose the jars for various uses such as storage, planters, or decorative containers. We also offer refills so you can reuse your containers for new candles. We encourage you to be creative and eco-conscious.
Are your candles made from natural ingredients?
Yes, we take pride in using high-quality, natural ingredients in our candles. Our wax is vegan and non-toxic made from soy, coconut and food-grade paraffin in the USA, and our fragrances often incorporate natural essential oils. We aim to provide a clean, biodegradable and eco-friendly candle experience.
Are your candles cruelty-free and vegan?

What is the estimated burn time for your candles?
The burn time varies by candle type and size. Typically, our candles offer a burn time ranging from 20 to 60 hours. Specific burn times for each product can be found in the product descriptions on our website.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt, provide evidence and we will assist you with returns or exchanges. For detailed information, visit our Returns and Exchange page.
What are the instructions for local pickup?
If you choose the local pickup option, please wait for our confirmation email before coming to pick up your order. Our pickup locations are Bayamón, Guaynabo and San Juan. If you choose the pickup option you must text after receiving the message that your order is ready to coordinate the pickup time, available from 9:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays.
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with your order number in it (Digital accepted. Email confirmation, not a screenshot.) and a valid ID for verification.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our products exclusively to Puerto Rico, and we also offer the option for local pickup. We understand that our customers may be eager to have our candles delivered elsewhere, and we want to assure you that we are actively working on expanding our shipping options to serve a wider audience. We appreciate your patience and look forward to providing shipping to more locations in the near future. Please stay tuned for updates on our shipping availability.
