We would like to clarify that while we are delighted to offer our Candle Refill Service, we do not collect used candle vessels for recycling purposes. Our service is designed to refill your beloved candle containers, providing them with a new life and fragrance. We encourage our customers to bring in their own vessels for refilling but please understand we cannot accept empty containers for recycling or disposal. Our commitment is to sustainability and the joy of reusing and enjoying your favorite candles anew. Thank you for your understanding and for participating in our eco-conscious initiative by reusing your containers.

We're proud that our Candle Refill Service is offered exclusively during markets. This approach allows us to meet you in person, understand your preferences better, and provide a more tailored service. We believe this will enhance the overall experience and ensure that your beloved candle vessels are refilled with the care and quality they deserve.

Please stay tuned to our social media channels and website for announcements on upcoming market dates and locations where you can drop off your candle containers for refilling. We kindly ask that you bring your vessels clean to facilitate a smooth and efficient refill process.

Handling Policy and Assurance:

At Hey Pause, we treat every candle vessel with the utmost care and respect it deserves. Our team is trained to handle your cherished containers delicately during the refill process. However, we acknowledge that accidents can happen despite our best efforts and precautions.

In the rare event that your candle vessel is damaged or broken during transit to us or while in our care, we want to assure you that your satisfaction remains our top priority. Should such an unfortunate incident occur, you will have the option to receive a full refund of your investment or, alternatively, we can replace the damaged vessel with a similar container available from Hey Pause at no additional cost to you. The choice will be entirely up to you.

Additionally, if you have another similar vessel that you prefer to use instead, you are more than welcome to bring it in for the refill process. In appreciation of your flexibility, we will offer you a 10% discount on your refill service.
