At Hey Pause, we prioritize the quality of our Candle Refill service. While we kindly request that our customers bring their empty candle vessels clean, we understand that this may not always be possible. Therefore, we offer a cleaning service for your convenience.

If you bring in candle vessels with residual wax, our team will gladly clean them for you at a modest fee of $10 per candle. It's important to note that vessels requiring cleaning may take additional time to prepare for refill.

This ensures that your containers are pristine and ready to be refilled with your favorite Hey Pause fragrances.
